Finance & Operations Dublin 2 Hybrid Up to €100,000 plus bonus & benefits This is a fabulous role for a true self-starter who is curious, diplomatic and excellent with large amounts of stakeholder management. This role will require an accountancy qualification as the full finance function is a key part of this remit, however, this role is in contact with a variety of people in every county in Ireland. Local knowledge & interest in the community will be a distinct advantage to success in this role. Responsibilities: Financial Oversight: Lead HQ financial management, supported by a full-time Accounts Assistant. Corporate Governance: Partner with the Chief Executive to ensure timely and accurate reporting to board Trustees. Compliance: Ensure full adherence to legal requirements. Technology Projects: Oversee and deliver IT initiatives across head office and local communities, the IT Manager reports directly to this role. Legal Affairs: Manage legal matters in coordination with the Legal Adviser, another direct report Data Protection: Oversee data compliance; the Data Protection Officer reports directly to this role too. Requirements A qualified accountant, ideally practice trained Successful staff management experience Prior experience of managing departments outside of finance would be ideal A curious, interested and diplomatic person is essential to be successful in this role Remuneration Up to €100,000, plus good pension and 27 days leave.
