Responsibilities: Manage billing inquiries via email/phone in German and English.
Resolve payment discrepancies and process credits or refunds.
Partner with Sales and Finance to ensure account accuracy.
Maintain accurate customer records in the company database Provide general administrative support to the billing and finance departments Requirements: Fluent in German and in English Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle irate or difficult customers Detail-oriented and able to efficiently manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
