WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Provide on-site field support for our partners, direct Panasonic customers, and end customers in case of technical problems.
Records and processes highly complex inquiries.
Support product commissioning on site.
Support new customers during the first pre-commissioning visit on-site to support the customer and guarantee correct system set up.
Provide central technical support for the service-partner-network and end customers in the respective region and/or area.
Provide detailed documentation of all activities
Serves as link between customers and sales staff to assure responsiveness.
Identify technical issues and develop solutions of a variety of customer complaints and issues, as the first level of escalation after the call-centre and service-partners.
Serves as liaison between sales, supply chain/logistics, and customers; communication with customers on activities in these areas is integral to the delivery of customer service.
Train and support new installers on site
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Completed training as a master refrigeration and heating technology, state-certified refrigeration / air conditioning technicians, etc. or similar education and experience
At least 6 years of work experience
Strong technical knowledge across all responsible product categories
