As a Recruitment Consultant at Stelfox, you will be responsible for:
Building and growing a profitable permanent recruitment desk.
Partnering with clients to define hiring requirements, map organisational structures and culture, and align on annual growth plans.
Running proactive candidate sourcing initiatives while developing and converting new business opportunities.
Maintaining regular candidate and client engagement, including organising networking events and delivering client presentations.
Negotiating commercial terms and agreements with clients.
Cross‑selling additional disciplines and introducing wider group services to deepen and expand client relationships.
What We're Looking For
2-5 years' experience technology recruitment in an agency recruitment environment.
Full recruitment lifecycle experience, from sourcing through to placement.
Proven ability to manage client relationships, win new business, and maximise existing accounts.
Target‑driven, goal‑oriented mindset.
Collaborative team player who can also work independently and take ownership.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confident, professional approach with strong stakeholder presence.
Strong drive to succeed, with the commitment and resilience required to thrive in a sales‑led role.
Demonstrated history of high performance and achievement in previous roles.
