General Operative Position
We are seeking a skilled General Operative to join our facilities team.
* Maintenance System Review and Update: The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and updating the snapfix maintenance system to ensure it is up-to-date and effective in managing maintenance tasks.
* Premptive Maintenance Programme Implementation: Working closely with the Facilities Manager, the General Operative will implement a structured preventative maintenance programme that identifies potential issues before they become major problems.
* Maintenance Requests Response: Responding promptly to all maintenance requests throughout the resort, ensuring minimal disruption to guests and staff alike.
