Weekend Shift Supervisor

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for food manufacturing and team development? Lir Chocolates is looking for aProduction Supervisor to join our team.
Position type: Full time, permanent
Hours: Low Season(December/January - June): 40 hours. High Season(July - November/December): 36 hours
Shift Pattern: Low Season: Monday - Thursday, 06:00 - 16:30.High Season: Friday, Saturday & Sunday, 18:00 - 06:30.
Pay range: €19.84/hour (Monday - Thursday Shift) | €21.43/hour (Weekend Shift 8% uplift)

Responsibilities
* Supervise production teams to meet daily targets and KPIs
* Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and health & safety standards
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support lean manufacturing practices
* Coordinate shift handovers and collaborate with cross-functional teams
* Monitor and report on performance, training needs, and resource allocation
Qualifications
* Proven supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Ability to work flexibly across shifts and support operational demands
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and team development
