Reperio are working with a Dublin based MSP company who are keen to expand their current workforce due to demand of their current services from their providers. This is a role that involves gaining great expertise in areas including system admin tasks, networking as a whole, and other areas including cloud based services.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide Level 2/3 support for Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues.
3. Assist with the administration of Active Directory, Azure, and security solutions.
4. Manage system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
5. Collaborate with IT teams to improve processes and implement best practices.
6. Document technical solutions and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Requirements:
7. 5+ years of experience in IT support, with a focus on Windows and Microsoft environments.
8. Strong expertise in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure.
9. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation.
10. Relevant certifications in Azure is beneficial
11. Previous MSP experience is a big bonus
12. Exposure with Firewalls is good to have
