Role: Post Doctoral Researcher in Dr. John Regan’s research group conducting high‑quality research in astrophysics in the field of massive black hole formation at high redshift. The successful candidate will analyse and disseminate data from the SEEDZ datasets and interact with other group members to further the group's research goals.
Responsibilities:
Actively analyse and disseminate data from the SEEDZ datasets.
Engage with the research group to support group research objectives.
Qualifications:
Existing skills in computational astrophysics, high‑redshift astrophysics, galaxy formation, and massive black hole formation and growth.
Salary: Post Doctoral Researcher (2026): €46,805 – 49,395 p.a. (3 points – with increments)
Appointment: Appointments will be made in accordance with public sector pay provisions.
