We're recruiting a Senior Account Executive, Agency Sales on behalf of one of Ireland's leading digital media organisations. This is a high-impact, client-facing role sitting within an Agency & Key Client Sales team, working with Ireland's most-read digital news platforms, podcasts, and multimedia brands.
What you'll be doing
Manage and grow a portfolio of Irish media agency accounts, building relationships across planning and buying teams
Respond to briefs with smart, well-structured proposals across premium digital display, video, audio, branded content and sponsorship
Drive proactive new business through consistent pipeline management and creative solution selling
Work towards quarterly and annual revenue targets
Monitor campaign performance and provide agencies with insights and optimisation recommendations
Collaborate internally with Ad Ops, Creative, Data & Insights, and Editorial Partnerships teams
Stay ahead of trends in digital advertising, audience behaviour, and the Irish agency landscape
What we're looking for
2–4 years' experience in an agency-facing media sales role, or on a media agency planning/buying desk
Strong communication and presentation skills, confident in presenting to planners and buyers
Commercially minded, curious, and solutions-focused
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines with attention to detail
A team player who's proactive, self-motivated, and eager to grow
