The primary responsibility of the trainee Injection Moulding Technician will be to support the setup and operation of injection moulding machines while developing the skills required to produce high-quality components for Medical Device and Pharma Companies.
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or technical environment is essential.
* A strong interest in Injection Moulding / Mechanical Engineering is essential.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
* An aptitude and desire for structured training and development into an Injection Moulding Technician role is essential.
* Willingness to work under supervision while progressively taking on more technical responsibilities.
