We have an opportunity for a Chef to join our Kitchen team. As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the head chef with responsibility for running the Bar Food Kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standards as per SOP
* Ensure all food preparation meets current hygiene and safety standards
* Assist the Head Chef in developing new dishes
* Manage stock control and portioning
* Reduce waste where possible
* Contribute to the overall Kitchen Hygiene
* Adhere to daily recording of HACCP on KitchTech
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role in a busy kitchen environment
* Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP standards
* Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
* Passion for food, attention to detail, and a desire to learn and grow
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Salary: Depends on Experience
