Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience
* Deliver a consistently exceptional, personalised guest experience aligned with luxury brand standards
* Handle VIP arrivals, guest recognition, and special requests with discretion and professionalism
* Resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty
* Maintain high guest satisfaction scores across review platforms
Operations Management
* Oversee daily front office operations including Reception, Concierge, Guest Relations, and Bell Services
* Ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures
* Monitor room availability, rates, and inventory in coordination with Revenue Management
* Ensure compliance with data protection (GDPR), health & safety, and Irish hospitality regulations
Financial & Administrative Duties
* Control front office budgets, payroll costs, and departmental expenses
* Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure financial accuracy
* Prepare reports on occupancy, revenue, guest feedback, and KPIs
* Maximise upselling opportunities and revenue generation
Interdepartmental Coordination
* Liaise closely with Housekeeping, Sales, Revenue, and Maintenance teams
* Support group bookings, conferences, and special events
* Ensure seamless communication across all shifts and departments

Qualifications & Experience
* Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
* Minimum of
3–5 years' experience
in front office operations, with supervisory or management experience in a luxury or five-star hotel
* Experience working with leading PMS systems (e.g. Hot Soft, Opera, Protel, Fidelio)
* Excellent command of English; additional languages are an advantage
* Legal right to work in Ireland
