The role is based in the Greater Dublin area, with the flexibility to work remotely part of the time. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, conducting candidate interviews, and ensuring effective communication with hiring managers and applicants. They will also assist with onboarding new hires and designing training sessions to support employee development.QualificationsExperience with Hiring and Recruiting processesStrong Interviewing and Communication skillsKnowledge of employee onboarding and Training programsExcellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems is an advantageBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
