RoleCoordinate daily/weekly work schedules for the service and installation teams.Assign daily service calls for breakdown/repair/service for the service teams.Receive and log customer calls and re-direct to the service technician or dealer.Work pro-actively at building relationships with dealers/customers to generate extra business.Where appropriate initiate sales enquiries and forward to sales team.Work to introduce and maintain service contracts with customers to grow and generate additional business within the service function.Dealing with customers on site in the shop at Dairymaster headquarters.Ensure complete customer satisfaction with a prompt response & solution to their queries/issues.Overseeing maintenance and upkeep of company vehicles, maintain service logs, NCT compliance & review daily vehicle lists & take corrective action if required.Booking hotels and travel as necessary for installation jobs (domestic & foreign).Flexibility with working hours & working locations and available for overtime when/if required.Requirements:Attention to detail & accuracy essential.Be computer literate & have a very good knowledge of Excel.Experience of Internal CRM & SAP systems an advantage (training provided if required).Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.Be well organised and capable of working well under pressure when required.Be confident, work well on own initiative as well as being a very good team player.Be proactive and have the ability to multi-task and prioritise.Have an interest in agriculture and/or in the dairy industry is an advantage.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:Bike to work schemeCompany pensionOn-site parkingSick payWork Location: In person
