Overview
The Operational Readiness program ensures the facility moves from capital project completion to full operational status. As program manager you will own key readiness elements and drive delivery across the start‑up workstreams.
Responsibilities & Scope
* Project manage a subset of workstreams such as Production, Quality Control Labs, and Material Operations.
* Lead cross‑functional teams, drive progress, and proactively identify & mitigate roadblocks.
* Liaise with the scheduler to iterate and improve plans across workstreams, ensuring successful ramp‑up and delivery of scope.
* Introduce metrics, dashboards and measurements to accurately track business performance and workstream progress.
* Act as key interface point to communicate priorities across multiple stakeholders.
* Ensure clear scope alignment and agreed timelines are met with stakeholders.
* Facilitate decision‑making under tight deadlines.
* Communicate and manage both internal and external stakeholders effectively.
* Proactively manage issues, propose solutions and implement corrective actions where necessary.
* Forecast resource needs and resolve projected issues before they impact delivery.
Basic Qualifications
* Relevant third‑level qualification, preferably in a Scientific or Engineering field.
* 5+ years of industry experience in high‑paced environments.
* Experience with large‑scale project deliveries and knowledge of PMP, Prince2, or Agile frameworks highly desirable.

* Excellent self‑management and organisational skills; can adjust quickly to frequent changes.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both internal and external.
* Ability to influence peers and business partners, and to identify and prioritise issues.
* High learning agility, flexibility and ability to manage ambiguity.
