**Technical Sales Program Overview**
This program offers a unique opportunity to develop leadership and technical skills, working on projects with sales teams. You will gain insight into customers' business needs and MathWorks' suite of products.
Main Responsibilities:
* Connect with customers on complex technical issues in MATLAB, Simulink, and other MathWorks products.
* Collaborate with sales and technical colleagues to identify and solve customer challenges.
* Effectively turn qualified leads into opportunities and prospects into happy customers.
* Develop and demonstrate leadership skills through opportunities to show initiative, lead process improvements, and coach others.
Qualifications:
* A bachelor's degree and 3 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree or equivalent experience) is required.
* A bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
* Strong academic record
* Excellent verbal and written communication and time management skills
* Highly responsive and collaborative
* Strong interest in commercial activities including sales and account management is required
* Programming skills in MATLAB are essential
* Prior commercial/sales experience is a plus
* Fluency in an additional language is a plus
