We are seeking a skilled culinary professional to join our team as a Chef de Partie. In this role, you will work on preparing and presenting high-quality dishes for our guests.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing starters, pastry/desserts, and assisting with main courses when needed.
To be successful in this role, you must have at least 2 years of chef experience and be skilled in professional cookery. You should be able to work effectively under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
The duties and responsibilities of this role include:
* Assisting the head chef and sous chefs during service
* Maintaining kitchen health and hygiene procedures
* Cooking food to order
