Project Manager - Construction Industry
This is a challenging role that requires the ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in construction management, engineering or similar, and a minimum of 5 years experience as a contracts manager/senior project manager with a main contractor or project management consultancy in the mission critical sector in Ireland.
* Coordinate and monitor construction drawings, specifications and work requirements.
* Work along the design team to plan works for new projects and create programme for new projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects at once, ensuring that any issues that arise during construction are handled in a timely manner without compromising the standard of works. They must also oversee design approvals, work closely with architect and design team to spot any issues that might arise, rectify them with little disruption to programme and quality of works.
