This role is offered on an initial 2-year rolling contract, with strong potential for extension and long-term progression within the public sector.

Assist in the preparation of procurement strategies, project briefs, cost estimates, and tender documentation in line with national and EU public procurement regulations.
Support the administration of tender competitions, including evaluation of submissions and preparation of award recommendations.
Assist with contract award, contract administration, and supplier engagement processes.
Maintain accurate procurement records, contract documentation, and audit-ready files in compliance with public sector governance requirements.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to support procurement planning and ensure value-for-money outcomes.
Assist in monitoring contract performance and compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
Support continuous improvement of procurement processes, templates, and procedures.
Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Carry out administrative and reporting duties as required and contribute to the ongoing development of the role.
