Key Finance Position
We are seeking a skilled Business Partner to fill a pivotal role within our expanding Construction company. This key position comes with a flexible hybrid working model, allowing for optimal work-life balance.

Responsibilities
1. Prepare monthly P&L review including variance analysis with commentary
2. Prepare monthly cashflow reconciliations by project, inclusive of actual performance and forecast
3. Prepare life to date project report monthly – financial and performance updates
4. Posting reclass journals monthly ensuring GL accuracy
5. Operational Expenses trackers with variance analysis
6. Balance sheet reconciliations monthly
7. Sub-contractor age analysis bi-monthly
8. Track YTD and LTD retention position (small amount of excel modelling)
9. Preparation of VAT returns and liaising with tax advisors to ensure filing
10. Supporting the annual audit requirements
Requirements
* Previous experience within Construction, Property, Real estate is essential
