Location: Naas ( you will have meetings externally with clients)
Salary: €45,000 - €50,000 + car allowance + lucrative bonus
What You'll Do:
1. Achieve sales targets for new and renewal business.
2. Drive revenue growth through direct selling and efficient account management.
3. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
4. Continuously improve your sales techniques, technical skills, and industry knowledge.
5. Stay updated on all the products and compliance requirements.
6. Collaborate with Life and Pension Financial Advisors.
7. Prioritize customer interests and ensure professionalism.
What We're Looking For:
8. CIP qualification
9. Proven track record in sales
10. Excellent communication, relationship management, and networking skills.
11. A full, clean driving license.
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
