Job Title: Junior Quantity Surveyor/ Purchaser
The role of Junior Quantity Surveyor/Purchaser involves working in conjunction with the management team to ensure that all construction projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
Key responsibilities include preparation and review of subcontractor tenders, preparation and review of subcontractor payment valuations, materials procurement, assisting with health & safety record keeping, and performing other ad-hoc financial duties as required.
* Construction experience is preferable but not essential as training will be provided
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills
* Good attention to detail
* A working knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications particularly Excel
* A full driving license
