Customer Service Administrator CCSDepartment: Community Care ServicesReports to: Community Care Services ManagerContract type:PermanentPrincipal Duties And ResponsibilitiesDealing with internal & external customer enquiries/requestsEnsure that customer queries and issues are resolved promptly and thoroughlyAccepting and entering customer ordersScheduling orders for delivery/collectionGenerating delivery/collection dockets and manifestsLiaising with drivers to ensure efficient & timely delivery of product to customersCompleting deliveries & collections on systemCollecting and matching proof of delivery to completed tasksMonitoring and issuing of stock to backordersAssigning calls to repair techniciansMonitoring status of repair calls and chasing outstanding calls with techniciansLogging and managing PPM schedule for HSE equipmentHandle customer issues/complaints - logging, distribution, follow up and reporting of issuesLogging, preparation and issuing quotations to HSEComplete all documentation accurately and ensure tasks are in compliance with appropriate procedures, SOPs and EHS regulatory requirements.Qualifications And ExperienceThe successful candidate will ideally have:Two years previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a Service environment.Experience in a busy warehouse environment would be ideal.Working knowledge of SAPI.T. literateThe Successful Candidate Will BeFlexible, hardworking and enjoy working with people.Articulate, courteous with a friendly telephone mannerAbility to work well under pressure while adhering to strict deadlinesOther InformationOccasional requirements to work beyond normal working hours and to travel to other Fannin sites will be expected.You will be expected to attend internal & external training coursesVital Healthcare IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYERAlthough the above is a description of the requirements of your job, as stated in your contract of employment, you may be required to carry out other reasonable duties as the Company may require from time to time.
