Talent Acquisition Specialist
Part-Time Opportunity in Manufacturing
We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our client's team on a temporary basis.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in recruitment, with a strong background in manufacturing and talent acquisition. They will be responsible for developing and updating job descriptions and specifications, sourcing and recruiting candidates, and coordinating interview arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications as required.
- Source and recruit candidates using various platforms.
- Screen candidates' resumes and job applications.
- Coordinate all interview arrangements and provide expert advice to selection panels.
- Conduct interviews and onboard new employees to ensure seamless integration.
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
- Create and implement weekly and monthly recruitment reports.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience of 2+ years as a Recruiter.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Desired hands-on experience with various selection processes.
