Supply chain director

Job Title: Planning Manager

The Supply Chain Director plays a vital role in overseeing the entire supply chain process, ensuring efficient and effective movement of goods from suppliers to customers.

* Manage all aspects of Supply Chain Planning, including developing and implementing strategies for inventory management, logistics optimization, and supplier relationship development.
* Lead and develop a dynamic team, driving continuous process and system improvements.
* Build strong relationships with senior functional management by participating in the development and implementation of supply chain solutions.
* Monitor and provide analysis of relevant metrics on various reports and take corrective action where appropriate.
* Proven leadership experience with a minimum of 5 years previous relevant experience in a senior Supply Chain role.
* Third Level Degree in a Business or Supply Chain related field, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and judgment abilities.
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to work to tight deadlines.
* Strong communicator with the ability to build and maintain solid working relationships.
* Flexible, innovative, and creative in their approach to business activities.
