We are currently embarking on a major expansion plan through the UK and ROI with the opening of new play cafes.
We need a suitably experienced business manager for our new centre in Dundrum Town Centre.
We are seeking to appoint a General Manager at our Dundrum location who will report to the Business Owner.
You will have full responsibility, overseeing all operational performance on site, from developing and training your team to managing all key drivers of the business.
You will have 3/4 years Supervisory/Management experience in a fast paced, customer focused and customer facing role in retail or catering and possess excellent communication skills.
You will be a natural leader with the ability to develop and mentor your team into a smooth, efficient and cohesive unit.
Developing and implementing site KPI's to monitor operational performance and implement the highest standards in service, quality and hygiene.
You will be a self starter and possess a proven track record in people management in a customer focused environment.
The successful candidate will also possess a strong desire to develop their career within a leading brand.
