Project Manager Officer (PMO) - Grade VII - Dublin 8 Unijobs on behalf of our public sector client have a requirement for a PMO to join their team. The duration of this post is 12 months initially with likely extensions thereafter. Location is Dublin 8 / Hybrid working will apply - must be able to attend meetings/workshops as required. Working 35 hours per week, the successful candidate will be employed as an agency employee and will be paid an hourly rate of €33.19per hour based on an annualised salary of €60,613. You will accrue 30 days annual leave per year and paid Bank Holidays. The Opportunity Our client is executing Ireland's largest health sector resilience transformation. This role supports the National Cyber & Operational Resilience Programme, a multi-year transformation initiative under the CISO Office. The PMO will help coordinate workstreams, support governance, and ensure high-quality reporting and assurance. Working through the PMO Leader who manages this transformation, you will provide coordination, documentation, and logistics support across three specialist workstreams: business resilience, exercise and training, and incident coordination to name a few. You will enable all to deliver, and where required, support business-as-usual resilience operations. This is programme delivery, you will coordinate workshops where CEOs and clinical directors work through crisis scenarios. You will produce board papers for executive committees. You will maintain the programme infrastructure that connects hospitals with national leadership. You will track actions from regional forums and follow up with busy stakeholders across clinical, social, technical, and corporate teams. You will work with the PMO Leader and specialist experts building resilience capability from scratch. You will have access to senior leadership. Programme Coordination Support the PMO Leader in coordinating the transformation programme across the workstreams Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements Manage logistics for events ranging from small working groups to national forums with 50+ attendees Track participant attendance, actions, and follow-up across hospital sites and regional structures Coordinate diary management for programme leads and senior stakeholders Handle venue booking, technical setup, & onsite support for exercises & workshops Communications and Documentation Produce high-quality presentations, reports, and briefings using MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel Draft meeting minutes, action logs, and status updates Create stakeholder communications and programme updates Format technical content for different audiences (executives, clinicians, operational teams) Information Management Maintain programme SharePoint site with current documents, templates, and resources Manage document repositories across Teams channels and shared drives Track progress, risks, and actions across workstreams using Excel and SharePoint lists Support onboarding processes with documentation packs and induction materials Organise programme files to support audit and assurance requirements Reporting and Tracking Compile status reports for programme leadership and governance committees Track deliverables, milestones, and dependencies across all workstreams Maintain risk and issue logs with current status Support assurance reporting with evidence collection and documentation Track exercise participation, training completion, and capability assessments Stakeholder Support Work closely with the PMO Leader to enable programme delivery Liaise with hospital contacts, regional coordinators, and corporate stakeholders Coordinate inputs from clinical, cyber, and operational teams Build working relationships across organisational levels and functions Required Proven experience in programme coordination, project support, or similar organisational roles Highly proficient in MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint) Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities Detail-oriented approach with high standards for accuracy Comfortable working across different teams and organisational levels Delivery-focused with commitment to supporting team success Desired Experience supporting programmes in healthcare, public sector, or regulated environments Understanding of project management methodologies and tools Experience coordinating across multiple sites or regional structures Familiarity with governance and assurance reporting Knowledge of resilience, business continuity, or cyber security programmes Experience supporting training delivery or exercise coordination Background working with clinical or operational healthcare teams Understanding of regulatory frameworks (DORA/NIS2 context) Unijobs is an equal opportunities employer *This position may be subject to Garda Vetting and Foreign Police Clearance, if applicable you will be required to obtain these prior to commencing in this role* Skills: Project Manager Officer PMO Stakeholder Engagement Training Delivery MS Office Suite Benefits: 30 days' annual leave
