Hotel Reception Supervisor Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and organized Hotel Reception Supervisor to join our Front Office Team.
* Job Description:
o Welcome and check in guests, ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure.
o Process guest departures efficiently and accurately.
o Provide exceptional customer service, responding to all guest inquiries and feedback with a professional demeanor.
o Manage switchboard duties, including taking reservations and handling guest requests.
o Liaise with other departments as needed to deliver top-notch hospitality services.
* Required Skills and Qualifications:
o At least two years of relevant Front Office Supervisory experience within the hotel sector.
o Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
o Able to work efficiently, calmly, and professionally under pressure.
o Strong organizational and time management abilities.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
o Excellent written and spoken English for this key customer-facing role.
