Join us and make a meaningful impact on patients’ lives.Role SummaryThe EMEA Tax Team is seeking a talented and motivated Indirect Tax Analyst to support indirect compliance and accounting processes across the EMEA region.The ideal candidate will have prior indirect tax experience in a multinational or Big 4 environment and is looking to gain broader experience in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Preparing and filing indirect tax returns, submitting refund claims, performing account reconciliations, validating data, and ensuring timely tax payments.Collaborating with external service providers to meet indirect tax compliance obligations.Completing templates for tax payments, journal entries, and monthly reconciliations accurately.Working closely with Legal, Finance, and other departments to provide guidance on indirect tax matters.Assisting with tax projects such as system implementation, automation, and process improvements.Supporting tax audits and inquiries as needed.Maintaining process documentation, compliance and risk trackers, and managing suppliers.Performing other duties as assigned.Education RequiredBachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.Experience RequiredAt least 3 years of indirect tax experience, preferably in a multinational environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Power BI.ERP experience, ideally with Oracle or SAP.Experience with data analytics tools or tax software is an advantage.Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and initiative, with the ability to meet strict deadlines.Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.Proven ability to develop effective working relationships.
