About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager to join our team in a leading property management service provider.
The successful candidate will oversee and manage the administration of a portfolio of residential developments, ensuring that all aspects of the role are carried out efficiently and effectively.
This includes managing credit control issues, liaising with the Operations Department regarding work required on each development, and reviewing and managing audited accounts from draft to final.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team to achieve goals and objectives.
They will also have a proven track record of managing budgets, preparing reports for clients and senior management, and attending meetings as required.
In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will be responsible for conducting site visits, implementing project work, and representing the company at Board of Directors/Developers meetings.
Requirements
* Possess a PSRA licence or confirmed eligibility.
* Degree-qualified with proven management experience in a recognised organisation within the property industry.
* At least 3 years' experience in a management role with strong management experience in office systems, budgeting, finance and operations.
* Must have proven success demonstrating leadership, customer service, problem-solving, decision-making, multitasking, communication, and organisational skills.
* Familiarity with MUD legislation.
