Job Title: Infrastructure Project Coordinator
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced project coordinator to oversee the day-to-day delivery of bus stop infrastructure projects across Leinster.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage execution of bus stop contracts, ensuring timely delivery according to specifications, schedules, and budgets.
* Serve as primary liaison with NTA project manager, attend weekly contract meetings.
* Coordinate programming and scheduling of works across multiple daily sites, overseeing teams and subcontractors.
* Interface with local authorities and utilities, manage TM plans, road opening licenses, and other regulatory needs.
* Work with civil engineering consultants to facilitate site surveys and construction drawings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong background in civil engineering and operations management.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Proven ability to manage multiple sites and coordinate effectively with public and private stakeholders.
* Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Project for planning, documentation, and reporting.
