About the Role
As Night Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing hotel operations during the night, ensuring guest safety, service excellence, and smooth communication between shifts. You will be part of a high-energy, fun team that consistently delivers outstanding customer service, while supporting team development and maintaining company standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide guidance and support to the night team, managing hotel operations during overnight hours.
· Be a reassuring, polished presence in all areas, anticipating guest needs and elevating guest experience at every touchpoint.
· Celebrates each guest's individuality and personally makes connections.
· Walk the property with pride and purpose, ensuring every space reflects excellence, safety, and opportunity to create unforgettable experiences.
· Upholds brand standards with integrity, helping create an environment where consistency and care set the tone.
· Listen to guest feedback with curiosity and gratitude, using insights to continuously refine and enhance the guest journey.
· Encourage and empower team members to deliver heartfelt, intuitive service that exceeds expectations.
· Resolve guest concerns with calm assurance, transforming challenges into opportunities for trust and connection.
· Work closely with all departments to support a harmonious operation that places the guest at the centre of everything.
· On standby during peak moments to ensure guest experience remains smooth, warm, and inspiring.
· Approach service challenges as opportunities to exceed guest expectations, ensuring every follow-up feels thoughtful and meaningful.
· Conduct night audits and corridor checks to ensure guest safety and security.
· Maintain strong working relationships and clear communication with all departments, ensuring a seamless transition between night and day teams.
· Assist with front desk duties, including guest check-ins and check-outs.
· Carry out any additional duties assigned by the Front Office Manager.
Ideal Profile
· Experience within hotel operations in a leadership role.
· Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, composed, and guest-centric approach.
· Excellent communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
· A passionate leader with the ability to inspire, guide, and support team members.
· Knowledge of hotel operations, safety protocols and service recovery.
· Eligible to work in Ireland.
