Financial Transformation Specialist We are seeking a Financial Transformation Specialist with strong background in cost accounting to take ownership of the management accounting function. This is a pivotal role reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller and working closely with manufacturing teams to ensure accurate cost control and financial insight. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to make a tangible impact in a growing organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading finance transformation initiatives, delivering robust month-end reporting, managing cash flows, and providing detailed forecasting and variance analysis. The Ideal Candidate: A fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA) with significant experience in cost accounting or financial analysis. While experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is advantageous this role is equally suited to professionals from other sectors such as FMCG medical devices or any complex manufacturing setting.
