The Role
We are looking for a
Bid Administrator
to support our busy Pre-Construction & Estimation team. You will play a key role in coordinating tender submissions, ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant and delivered on time. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised professional to join a dynamic team in Ireland's thriving MEP sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and prepare tender and PQQ documentation, ensuring compliance with submission requirements.
* Manage bid registers, trackers and document control systems to maintain accurate records.
* Develop and update the PQQ database, liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure traceability of all submissions.
* Support Estimators and Bid Managers by gathering, collating and formatting information from internal departments.
* Proofread, edit, and format bid documents to company standards, maintaining timelines and ensuring deadlines are met.
* Assist with technical proposal development and contribute to post-tender clarifications and documentation.
* Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Pre-Construction & Estimation team.
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in administration, ideally within construction, engineering or professional services.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* A proactive, flexible and team-focused approach.
