Main Responsibilities:
* Lead the task force group to achieve world-class performance levels in all cement plants
* Promote and facilitate knowledge transfer among the community
* Implement policies and procedures
* Attend meetings and provide expert assistance
* Advise, support and challenge plant teams
* Participate in technical management initiatives
* Develop solutions for best practice
* Implement measurement systems
* Report on roadmap development and management
* Ability to build and manage a team
* Ability to deal effectively with internal and external stakeholders
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Experience in facilities management or a related field
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
