We are recruiting an experienced General Foreman to oversee the safe and efficient delivery of residential and commercial construction projects across the Midlands/West of Ireland.
Responsibilities:
Leading site teams and subcontractors on a daily basis
Ensuring safe systems of work and compliance with regulations
Monitoring workmanship quality and site standards
Coordinating works to meet project timelines
Supporting project reporting and site documentation
Maintaining excellent housekeeping and site organisation
Essential Criteria:
Proven foreman-level experience on building projects
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
High standards in safety, quality, and site management
Ability to communicate effectively with site and management teams
Full clean driving licence
