Reporting to the senior leadership, the Director of Engine Component Sales is responsible for driving engine part sales activities across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee existing customer accounts and create new commercial opportunities.

* Attend meetings with key accounts and coordinate visit plans.
">
* Proactively develop new customer relationships, including global buyers of commercial aircraft components.
">
* Lead sales execution for owned and managed inventory, in line with revenue targets.
">
* Identify and implement innovative ways to bring components to market and improve trading performance.
">
* Represent the company at regional aviation events.
">
* Liaise with internal teams to support deal analysis and board-level approvals.
">
* Work with stakeholders to identify appropriate KPIs for the component sales team.
">
* Develop reporting tools illustrating sales and market trend data.
">
* Collaborate with suppliers and operators to ensure smooth transactions and ongoing support.
">
* Implement transparent communication between Sales and Repairs teams.
">
* Assist in strategic acquisition campaigns and special projects as needed.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in an aviation or finance related field.

* A minimum of 10 years' experience in used serviceable material sales and trading.

* Excellent analytic skills.
