Responsibilities

:
1. Serve as the primary SME on all aspects of CIAM related controls.
2. Coordinate CIAM related response for audit, regulatory and other reviews
3. Maintain a deep understanding of industry best practices, regulatory requirements and emerging threats related to CIAM.
4. Provide expert guidance and consultation to internal teams and stakeholders on CIAM control implementation andpliance.
5. Prepare and present audit findings and regularity reports.
6. Review, analyze and evaluate the audit and assessment findings.
7. Coordinate with relevant SMEs to develop and evaluate proposed remediation plans with CIAM standards and technical requirement.
8. Identify and address any gaps or inconsistencies between CIAM practices and standards.
9. Assign and delegate tasks related to CIAM control implementation and remediation to IAM staff.
10. Monitor and track the progress of assigned tasks and ensure timelypletion.
11. Ensure that all CIAM processes and controls adhere to established CIAM standards and technical standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
12. Extensive knowledge of CIAM principles, technologies and best practices.
13. Proven ability to coordinate and manageplex projects.
14. Experience in audit and regulatorypliance.
15. Deep understanding of regulatory requirements andpliance standards related to CIAM.
16. Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
17. Relevant certifications are a plus.
Required Qualifications:
18. Bachelor's degree inputer science or related field.
19. 10 -12 years of extensive experience in CIAM process and technologies.
20. Excellentmunication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
21. Ability to work cross-functionally and drive oues.
Location:
Role to be dual posted in Ireland and US, prioritizing Ireland
