A Structural Design Manager is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our manager based Civil Engineering Consultancy company.

THE ROLE: Lead, manage, and mentor the structural design team, ensuring high-quality work and efficient project delivery.
Oversee preparation of structural engineering designs, calculations, drawings, and technical reports.
Perform detailed design reviews, quality checks, and technical approvals.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including Civil, MEP, Architecture, and BIM.
Manage project timelines, resources, and priorities to deliver within deadlines.
Represent the team in client meetings, technical discussions, and progress reviews.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of modern design tools and workflows.
Provide technical guidance and professional development support to engineers and designers.
REQUIREMENTS: Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Bachelors or Masters).
Minimum 710 years relevant experience in structural engineering design.
Proficiency using engineering design and drafting software, with the ability to produce detailed, high-standard technical designs and drawings.
Strong working knowledge of Robot, QSE, or similar structural analysis software.
Proven experience delivering medium-to-large scale projects within consultancy environments.
