Role Description
Contract Role (6 Months)
Can be part time/flexible, and option to be become permanent
The Contact Centre Manager is tasked with setting up and overseeing the daily operations of our contact center to ensure efficient and superior customer service.
Responsibilities include managing staff members, addressing customer concerns, workflows, and ensuring adherence to policies.
The manager will also build performance metrics, conduct training sessions, and implement systems for continuous improvement.
This is an on-site contract role based in Bray, Wicklow, Ireland.
Qualifications
Experience in team management, performance monitoring, and providing constructive feedback
Strong customer service skills, including handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining client satisfaction
Proficiency in using contact center management software and tools
Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team
A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving performance targets
Qualifications in business management, operations, or a related field are preferable
Prior experience in managing a contact center in the healthcare sector is advantageous
