Senior Customer Service Representative
This is an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning, Irish-owned company based in Dublin, specializing in incentive marketing and employee rewards.
What's the role?
We're looking for someone who's passionate about building lasting relationships with our clients and cardholders. This role involves delivering exceptional service across the complete customer journey - from initial engagement through ongoing support.
We're seeking an experienced customer service professional who thrives on helping customers
and finding solutions to their challenges with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage varying workloads in a dynamic corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle corporate inquiries and provide support to cardholders and end-users via phone and email, managing increased volumes during peak season
* Manage complex customer issues using our ticketing system, collaborating with gift card and technology partners to ensure complete resolution, especially during high-demand periods
* Maintain proactive client communication throughout resolution processes
* Achieve customer service SLA targets for response times and ticket completion
* Assist orders team with orders, preparation and processing
* Handle corporate order fulfilment from initiation through completion, including invoicing and coordination
* Meet team KPIs and performance standards while delivering quality service
* Work collaboratively across departments to provide accurate client information
* Complete administrative tasks including dormant order follow-up and marketing database updates
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience within a call centre or customer service environment including inbound and outbound calls is preferable but not essential.
* Ability to work on own initiative, and to be a contributing team player.
* Communication skills – excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Customer focused and professional attitude is essential.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Excellent Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) skills.
* Fluent in English, both verbal and written
