Senior Nursing Leader Position:

This is a full-time position that requires the senior nurse leader to lead and manage daily clinical operations with empathy and professionalism.

* Promote a culture of respect, inclusion, and safety for both residents and staff
* Drive continuous quality improvement and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements
* Support staff development through mentoring and training initiatives
* Oversee risk management, safeguarding, and the implementation of best practices in elder care
Essential Qualifications:
* Registered General Nurse (RGN) with registration
* Management qualification in health or a related field
* Evidence of continuous professional development
* Minimum 3 years post-graduate experience in Older Person Care (within the past 6 years)
* At least 3 years of management experience in health or social care
