About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading global organisation as a Sourcing Manager. The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing and identifying key talent for the organisation across Europe and the US.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand key requirements for projects/roles
- Develop sourcing strategy to deliver key talent for the organisation
- Source and screen candidates for all open roles within assigned business division
Key Skills:
- Proven track record in deep sourcing in various areas
- Expert in LinkedIn, Boolean searching and other sourcing methods
- Excellent inter-personal skills required
Requirements:
- Third level degree qualified with 5+ years working in recruitment
- Experience of promoting employer brand on social media
