Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and insightful commentary.
* Monitor, analyse, and report on key financial metrics to support informed decision-making.
* Work with department heads to build and manage budgets and forecasts.
* Help streamline processes and improve financial reporting systems.
* Support month-end and year-end close processes in collaboration with the wider finance team.
* Assist with audits, statutory accounts, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Part-qualified or fully qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA - or equivalent).
* 2-3 years experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment (bonus if it's a growing business).
* Confident working with large sets of data, with strong Excel skills.
* Great communication skills - you'll be explaining financial concepts to non-financial people regularly.
* Someone who is curious, pragmatic, and enjoys working as part of a team.
