This role will work closely with global partners, and will shape how we think about Talent Acquisition across EMEA.

- Direct people leadership experiences, including managing managers.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies for immediate and long-term hiring needs.
- Proficiency in business English.- Experience in high-volume and specialized hiring, combined with the ability to coach teams across multiple channels.
- Experience working in matrixed, growth-oriented organizations.
- Ability to communicate and influence across various levels of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in creating and analyzing recruitment metrics, dashboards, and performance reports.
- Demonstrated success in writing documents.
- Analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights and business narratives.
