WE ARE INVITING APPLICATIONS FOR THE POSITION OF Purchasing & Procurement Officer (Grade IV) Permanent - Fulltime 35 hours per week Role Overview The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting all purchasing and procurement activities within the organisation.
Responsibilities include: Processing, creating, and maintaining Purchase Orders Managing supplier communications and resolving order-related queries Supporting stock control and inventory processes Maintaining procurement records and contract documentation Ensuring compliance with organisational guidelines, public procurement regulations, and relevant standards Key Requirements Minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience in PO processing, procurement, or computerised accounts Strong working knowledge of computerised accounting systems and Microsoft Excel High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Excellent communication, organisational, and administrative skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy Desirable Experience Previous experience in purchasing or accounting Administrative experience in procurement, purchasing, or a finance-related role Please forward your CV and cover letter on or before 12 noon, Friday 20th of February ****, to Informal enquiries are welcome.
