We enable our employees to be the best they can be, by providing the resources they need as well as world class employment opportunities.Due to continued expansion, OFS are now recruiting for aWarehouse & Logistics Coordinator for a key project based in Dublin.The Opportunity:The primary focus of this new opportunity will be to manage the efficient receipt, storage, issuance, and replenishment of tools, spare parts, and consumables, whilst coordinating logistics operations to ensure timely delivery and compliance with company standards.The key specific responsibilities of this role will include:Inventory ManagementMaintaining accurate inventory records in the system.Conducting periodic stock checks and reconciling discrepancies.Monitoring stock levels, identifying slow-moving or obsolete items, and implementing FIFO practices.Receiving & Issuing MaterialsReceiving and inspecting incoming tools, spare parts, and consumables.Issuing items to maintenance teams and other departments as required.Verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders and delivery notes.Replenishment & Procurement SupportInforming Maintenance Engineers about parts consumption trends.Requesting replenishment of critical spares and consumables.Supporting procurement by providing stock data and requirements.Logistics CoordinationPlanning and scheduling deliveries of spare parts, tools, and consumables.Coordinating with suppliers, transporter, and internal teams for timely dispatch and receipt.Preparing shipping documents, customs clearance paperwork and ensuring regulatory compliance.Tracking & ReportingTracking shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely delivery.Preparing periodic reports on stock levels, consumption, and financial value of inventory.Generating logistics performance reportsStore Upkeep & ComplianceEnsuring proper storage conditions for perishable items, oils, greases, and rotating equipment.Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and compliance with storage standards.Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations during storage and transportation.Cost & Efficiency ManagementOptimizing transportation routes and costs.Negotiating with logistics providers for competitive rates and service levels.Technology & SystemsImplementing ERP or inventory management systems for real-time tracking.Maintaining accurate documentation for audits and compliance checks.Experience, Skills & Qualifications Required:Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse managementFamiliarity with logistics operations and supply chain processes.Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.Possess a Forklift and/or Telehandler licenceExcellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Knowledge of health and safety standards.Full working rights in Ireland at the time of applicationOFS provide a comprehensive benefits package reflecting our commitment to our people.How to apply:To apply, please click on the relevant links attaching your current resume for immediate consideration.No agencies will be required for this role.
