Pakistan Travel consultant
Location: Dublin
An opportunity has arisen for a Full Time Travel Consultant at Club Travel, one of Ireland's most respected Travel Agencies.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting clients with their travel arrangements.
* Conversing with our clients by phone and email and walk-in.
* Advise current and prospective clients about destination options.
* Making changes, requesting refunds.
* Dealing with airlines.
* Promoting fares/offers on social media platforms within the Pakistan community.
The IDeal Candidate
* Experience in GDS, preferably Amadeus and Galileo.
* At least 12 months experience in travel.
* A strong client focus.
* Office based in Dublin.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Fluent Urdu.
* Good organizational skills.
* An ability to work in a busy and demanding environment and to work well as part of a team.
* A positive can-do attitude and customer-friendly approach.
