Fire Safety Expert Role
You will play a key role in providing expert advice on fire safety objectives to clients across various sectors, including commercial, residential, education, transport, healthcare, hospitality, and nuclear.
Our team works closely with councils, architects, and design teams to deliver comprehensive services, including construction oversight and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical guidance on products and systems related to fire safety objectives.
* Recommend professional development opportunities and identify initiatives to enhance skills.
* Manage client relationships and ensure timely delivery of surveys according to contractual requirements.
* Oversee project scope, schedule, finance, risk, quality, and resources to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
* Demonstrate expertise in digital working and quality management processes.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of construction experience with 3+ years as a Surveyor/Building Control Surveyor.
* Proven expertise in fire stopping/dry lining.
* Possess MRICS, MCABE, MIFIREE, MCIOB, or equivalent certifications.
* Familiarity with building pathology, concepts, typology, and materials.
* Experience in cladding & Facades/EWS1.
* Valid UK driving license and own vehicle.
