HR Manager – Ireland
We're looking for a HR Manager to join our People team working from Dublin, supporting our growing estate across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

This is a hands-on, operational HR role where you'll lead the people agenda across Ireland, partnering closely with Operations to support our restaurant teams and managers on the ground.
You'll own the full people lifecycle, from attraction and development through to employee relations, engagement and compliance, ensuring our teams feel supported, developed and set up for success as we continue to grow.
What You'll Do Here
* Lead the delivery of the people strategy across ROI and NI, creating a strong, inclusive and people-centric culture
* Partner closely with Operations, General Managers and Area Managers to support teams on the ground
* Support talent management and succession planning to ensure strong pipelines and internal progression
* Oversee recruitment and selection in partnership with managers, ensuring restaurants are staffed for success
* Champion team engagement, wellbeing and retention, using insight and data to shape local initiatives
* Lead performance management processes, supporting managers to manage performance fairly and effectively
* Work closely with Learning & Development to identify development needs and support internal growth
* Deliver employee relations support, ensuring issues are handled consistently, fairly and in line with employment law
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation, right to work, pay, working time regulations and internal policies
* Manage HR / people management administration, including the processing of leavers and providing day-to-day HR support to managers on the ground
What You'll Have Done
* Significant experience in a senior HR / People role, ideally within hospitality or a multi-site environment
* Led and delivered people strategies that support growth, engagement and retention
* Strong experience managing employee relations and supporting managers in fast-paced environments
* Worked closely with operational leaders to deliver practical, commercially focused people solutions
* Used data and insight to inform decisions and improve people outcomes
* Demonstrated experience supporting DEI initiatives and inclusive ways of working
* Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
* Experience using HR systems and people tools
